1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and apkvip ("apkvip," "the Company," "us," "we"), governing your use of the apkvip website located at apkvip.asia and all associated services, features, content, and products (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the apkvip Platform in any manner — including without limitation by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or accessing any game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the apkvip Platform. Your continued use following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the apkvip Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and non-negotiable under all circumstances.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or family member of an apkvip employee or contractor.

apkvip is committed to preventing underage gambling and enforces age verification at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. The Company reserves the right to request official government-issued identity documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and the original deposit amount will be returned to the verified payment method.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the apkvip Platform, you are required to register an account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a chosen password. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) apkvip account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. apkvip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify apkvip support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. apkvip shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on the apkvip Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). apkvip supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. apkvip does not impose conversion fees on PKR transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Deposits are credited to your apkvip account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but average under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and under 30 minutes for direct bank transfers during operational hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding PKR 10,000 can be processed.
• apkvip reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Chargeback requests initiated by Players without first contacting apkvip support will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Funds held in a Player's apkvip account do not accrue interest.

apkvip is not a banking institution and does not hold player funds in a regulated financial deposit scheme. Player funds are held separately from Company operational funds in accordance with the requirements of our international gaming license.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Terms

apkvip may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before conversion to withdrawable funds is permitted. Wagering progress and remaining requirements are displayed in real time within your apkvip account dashboard.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance. Real money funds are wagered first.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• apkvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• Bonuses claimed by Players who subsequently request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy will be cancelled without right of appeal.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All games on the apkvip Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are accurate representations of long-run theoretical returns and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

For sports betting including cricket (including PSL, international test matches, and T20I fixtures) and other sporting events, apkvip's sportsbook rules govern the settlement of all markets. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. apkvip reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or delay settlement pending official result confirmation by the relevant governing body.

• In the event of a technical error or malfunction, apkvip reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are governed by additional in-play betting rules published separately on the Platform.
• apkvip reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market or game at any time.
• Winnings arising from bets placed in error due to a manifest pricing or data error may be voided at apkvip's discretion.

7 Restricted Activities & Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apkvip Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended, winnings voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, value betting exclusively with bonus funds, or engaging in systematic risk-free wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven tools, or any automated mechanism to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the apkvip Platform as a vehicle for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. apkvip maintains full Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with payment providers without first exhausting the apkvip dispute resolution process.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the apkvip Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, text, game content, audiovisual material, logos, trademarks, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of apkvip or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any apkvip content without express written permission from the Company.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apkvip, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the apkvip Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other commercial loss.

apkvip's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to apkvip in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apkvip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. However, apkvip maintains a 99.96% historical uptime and a dedicated technical team to minimise any service interruptions.

10 Responsible Gaming

apkvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player community. The Company operates comprehensive responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered Players at no cost, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. A Player who has self-excluded may not create a new account on the apkvip Platform during the self-exclusion period. apkvip will take reasonable technical steps to identify and close any account registered by a self-excluded individual.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

apkvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited or fraudulent activity as defined in Section 7.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.

You may close your apkvip account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

12 Amendments to These Terms

apkvip reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Players' rights or obligations — apkvip will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license under which apkvip operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to apkvip's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.

If the internal resolution process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body overseeing apkvip's gaming license. apkvip will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or arbitration process.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
